What to expect when you get in touch
Whether you contact us by phone or by email, you will hear back from us personally. We do not operate an automated booking system that moves you from enquiry to appointment without any human contact. Before anything is confirmed, we will take a little time to understand what you are hoping to discuss, answer any initial questions you might have, and make sure that a consultation with us is the right next step for you.
Your consultation comes first
Every patient journey with us begins with a consultation — never with treatment. At our Surrey clinic we firmly believe that Your Consultation Matters More Than Your Treatment
That first appointment is an opportunity for us to assess your concerns properly, understand your goals, and give you an honest clinical view of what is achievable and how. There is no obligation to proceed, and no pressure to decide anything on the day. Good decisions are rarely rushed ones, and we will always give you the time and information you need to make yours.
A note on pricing
We do not publish a fixed price list, because treatment is never one-size-fits-all. What is right for one patient — in terms of approach, product, and volume — will differ for another, and we will not know what is appropriate until we have had the chance to assess you properly. We are happy to give you a guide range when you get in touch, and all costs will be discussed clearly and in full before any treatment is agreed.
